Who we are
LabGenie (labgenie.ai) is operated by Datadivr Pvt Ltd, Infopark, Kochi, Kerala, India. This policy describes what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. For anything this page doesn't answer, write to info@datadivr.com.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you request a demo or contact us, we collect what you submit: your name, work email, company, team size, country, phone number, and your message. We use it to respond to you and to run our sales process — nothing else.
Information collected automatically. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used: pages visited, approximate location (country/city derived from IP, which Google truncates), device and browser type, and how you arrived here. This uses cookies. We never send your name, email, or any form contents to analytics.
How we use it
To respond to demo requests and inquiries (your form submission is delivered to our team's internal Slack workspace). To understand which pages and channels bring genuinely interested visitors, so we improve the site. To contact you about LabGenie if you asked us to. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Who processes it
We rely on a small set of service providers to run this site: Render (hosting), Google Analytics (usage measurement), Slack (internal delivery of your inquiry), and Google Gemini (powering the product-demo chat on this site, which processes only the messages you type into it). Each receives only what it needs to perform its function.
How long we keep it
Inquiry details are kept for as long as we have an active conversation or business relationship with you, and are deleted on request. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics' standard retention controls (14 months).
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email info@datadivr.com and we will act on it promptly. If you are in the EU/UK, you additionally have the rights granted by the GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
Cookies
The site sets Google Analytics cookies (prefixed _ga) to distinguish visitors and sessions. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings; the site works fully without them.
