Where this comes from
Food is the oldest technology. For ten thousand years, civilization ran on fire, salt, and fermentation.
Then it industrialized. Craft became a supply chain measured in batches, recipes, certificates, and tolerances.
Today a single shipment can carry a forty-page quality document: limits, methods, signatures, exceptions.

Our story
For three years we worked inside some of the world's largest F&B manufacturers, names like Synthite, Mane, and McCormick. Not selling them software. Sitting with their teams, learning how the work really runs.

Yes. All 14 parameters pass. Color and moisture sit within limits; one test method differs from spec and is flagged for sign-off.
